Haigh are constantly looking at new technologies to make better products more efficiently. In the last few years these have included computerised 3d modelling for product design and computerised laser sheet cutting for
profiling. Automating the precision welding on small components is also
well advanced with the installation of a robot welder designed to sequentially weld components to maintain accuracy and quality of the finished product.

Constantly updating equipment means that the accuracy of older equipment is constantly challenged and if accuracy cannot be maintained it is replaced.
In the machine shop sophisticated CNC lathes convert raw castings into
accurately machined components for Haigh waste water products.

The latest aquisition is a new precision folder to complement the accuracy of the cut sheets produced on the laser.
