Pipeliner 152s (Disintegrator)
 
The Haigh Pipeliner 152S consists of a conditioning cutterhead co-axially mounted specifically designed to disintegrate raw sewage.
An external method of pumping is required. The Haigh Pipeliner 152S is designed to disintegrate raw sewage at the rate of 0-20 metres cubed per hour. For throughputs up to 40 metres cubed per hour and the option to handle sludge please see the Pipeliner 202 page.

Positive cut:
highly effective proven cutting action gives controlled particle size and eliminates the tendency of shredded solids to reform.
Strong agitation:
Ideal for harmonising waste into suspension.
Easy to service:
cutters can be changed within minutes with perfect alignment using only two allen keys. No special tools required. Drawback design eliminates need to disturb pipework when maintenance is required.

Bearings:
Heavy duty sealed for life.
Seals:
Mechanical seal, tungsten carbide faces

lubricated within oil bath.
Cutter-head assembly:
Consists of a self compensating headstock
tipped with tungsten carbide inserts rotating
against a stationary hardened tool steel shear
plate with holes within it.

Capacity:
Raw Sewage only. 0-20 Metres cubed per hour
Inlet/Outlet 80mm.
