Haigh are specialists in controlling waste streams produced in the waste water, hospital, care home and catering industries. These niche areas are further refined with specialist disposal equipment for the military, shipping and laboratories.

Design is taken very seriously at Haigh with a full in house team who are experts at making equipment which is customer focussed. With computerised 3D modelling allied to the latest in manufacturing equipment Haigh products are made to consistently tight tolerances to promise consistent performance and reliability. Ease of installation, servicing, minimising use of raw materials and energy use are all areas actively designed into the equipment.

Manufacture from raw castings and sheet steel is unusual in this day and age. Haigh are committed to maintaining full control over the manufacturing process by maintaining an up to date Machine shop with CNC lathes, Laser cutting and fabrication and welding facilities on site.
Bespoke electrical wiring, in house paint spraying and full post production test facilities mean that complete products from raw materials are made in a factory controlled environment

Installation for waste water equipment is streamlined by much pre-wiring and installation preparedness being undertaken before delivery to site.
Design flexibility allows customer requirements for outlets and positioning of the package elements to be fine tuned for specific sites.

After sales service is covered by full mainland GB coverage by bespoke mobile Service Engineers fully trained on and faimiliar with Haigh equipment. Spares are held for products for approximately ten years and often longer, enabling equipment to give good service over many years. 		 
 
   
 

Products are designed to be compatible, especially on the waste water side where installations can be easily uprated to meet new requirements in capacity or discharge requirements. Haigh products are renowned for bringing added value over other competing equipment. There are often hidden costs in energy, servicing or transport that Haigh can virtually eliminate.
