The Haigh Engineering Company Limited was founded in 1955 by T.C.R Shepherd producing the first British made food waste disposal unit, the Tweeny.
Since then Haigh have developed and manufactured a market leading expertise in maceration and related products for Hospitals, Nursing and Carehomes, Catering establishments and Ships.
Haigh has also expanded into Wastewater treatment systems and has developed close links with UK Water authorities.
The products are also exported world-wide via a network of distributor partners, certified to all necessary national standards. Within the UK the Company is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards for Quality and the Environment.
In addition to staff based in Ross-on-Wye, Haigh has developed a network of Sales and Service engineers throughout the UK to support customer needs. |  |
