An ACE Screener system comprises of an ACE Screen unit, Lisep dewatering station and a control panel that can be configured for maximum site layout flexibility from standardised modules.

An ACE Inlet in a prefabricated channel removes the need for concrete channels, concerns about site hydraulics, incorporating an overflow hand-rake screen and has the potential for either manual or automated Grit Removal

Screen parameters (e.g. perforation size 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm) can be specified independently, flow rates based on 6mm 2D screening, raw sewage. Applications with non-standard solids loading, capacities may vary.

Where applicable, left hand and right hand versions are available, with the Manual access / control panel being sited on that side when viewed in the direction of flow.

Screening capture ratio is 64%@6mm 2D as tested at NSEF Chester le Street unless otherwise specified.
